Electromatic Radio www.electromaticradio.com, http://electromatic.mypodcast.com/

Electromatic Radio - a half-hour science-fiction comedy and music show. Each program tells a complete story in three skits with two musical interludes. Just now made available online (with new music in the Creative Commons in order to allow people to share and distribute the episodes). Electromatic Radio is, apart from the music, entirely a one-man show; produced, and performed by Aaron Neathery

Episode 1: Disorientation
Saturday, August 01, 2009, 11:46:00 AM
Welcome to Electromatic Radio, the world's first fully-atomic and nearly entirely hands-free comedy and music half-hour! It's Grey Grimwald's first week as the host of Electromatic Radio and he's still trying to get a handle on his strangely complicated control panel. Electromatic technician Matt Appleyard is too preoccupied with tuna melt sandwiches and mysterious bottomless shafts to be of much help. This episode's playlist: Making Me Nervous - Brad Sucks Methylchloroisothiazolinone - Josh Woodward Crazy Girl - The Lost Episodes Cake! - Chapter 9 Baby You've No Eyes - The Kazoo Funk Orchestra

Finaly got me a chance to listen to this fine show. Had myself a bunch of fun with it. Having worked in radio a bit, found myself wishing I'd put together something like this. I wrote stories, I had a 5 hr. chunk of time on the air. Why I did not think to combine the two, beyond me. Anybody have a wayback machine I could use? Promise not to stomp any butterflys Cool What was I talking about? Oh yes, the show. Loved the wraparound science fictiony story about the poor sap new guy at one of the more bizarre stations I've heard of (No guy living in the celling yet so most bizarre still goes to a place I actualy worked at), & the music is quite interesting. If you listen to a good number of new audio drama casts as I do you may recognise a few of these artists. All may not suit everyones taste, but I think at least some will be to your enjoyment. Anyway do give the show a try. I understand these will be out once a week till at least next Jan.

Matt has managed to get himself lost in the ceiling of the Electromatic Building, and what he discovers up there pushes the credibility factor of this program well past the breaking point (does the attached image give too much away?). Listen in at http://electromatic.mypodcast.com/ or visit http://radio4all.net/index.php/program/35992 for a broadcast quality
